Websites first. AI where it actually helps.

LevelUpX Solutions helps small businesses get a clean site online, then add simple automations or AI tools when there is a real workflow worth fixing.

Simple website Lead form setup One workflow at a time

Business website

Clear offer, clean pages, easy contact.
AI / automation Start with one messy task.
  • Answer common questions
  • Sort new leads
  • Draft simple follow-ups

What we build

Start with the part your business actually needs

Websites

Get found, explain what you do, and make it easy to contact you.

A simple site is often enough to help people understand your business and take the next step. More complex builds can include custom code, automations, and integrations.

Start the website form

AI Services

Use AI where it actually fits your workflow.

We start simple and build from there. Trying to automate the whole business at once usually turns into a giant mess. Pick one workflow, test it, improve it, then move to the next one. AI services are a long-term commitment, not a done-for-you-by-tomorrow promise.

Start the AI form
If your site is unclear Start with the website path.
If leads are slipping through Start with forms, follow-up, and a workflow map.
If one task keeps eating time Start with a small AI or automation build.

The LevelUpX approach

No hype. No mystery box. Just a clear build.

We will help you figure out whether you need a basic website, a custom site, an AI starter setup, automation, or a more advanced agent build. Some projects need subscriptions, API keys, hosting, or ongoing support. We may not know every single tool on day one, but we will call out the known costs and flag the unknowns before you are locked into a build.

Plain pricing starts Starting prices are public, final quotes depend on scope.
Small business fit Built for owners who need practical help, not another tool to manage.
Webhook-ready lead capture Forms can feed a GHL workflow, notification, pipeline, or follow-up sequence.

Recent work

A couple things I have worked on

These are not the same kind of project, which is kind of the point. One is a quiet photography site. The other is a custom coded app with a lot more moving parts.

Levi Janssen Photography website preview

Photography portfolio

Levi Janssen Photography

Levi needed a place where the photos could do most of the talking. The site is simple on purpose: let people see the work, learn who is behind it, and find their way to the gallery, timelapse page, services, or contact form without digging around.

The job Show the photography clearly and make the site feel calm, not cluttered.
Pages included Gallery, timelapse, services, about, and contact pages.
My take For visual work, the website should not fight the work. It should get out of the way.

Custom coded app

Professor's Research

Professor's Research is a custom coded app I vibe coded for Pokemon TCG players. The idea is bigger than a normal website: help players track cards, build decks, trade, battle, and find a community to actually play with.

The hard part Make a big all-in-one Pokemon TCG idea feel organized enough that a new player can pick a starting point.
Main pieces Collection tracking, deck tools, trades, battles, community features, creator tools, and pricing.
My take When a site has this many moving parts, the structure matters as much as the design.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Pick the form that matches the job. Website projects and AI builds need different questions, and that keeps the first conversation useful.
